Monday

Here we are at Monday again. Did my blood this morning 134, had cheerios for breakfast, snack, a yogurt, lunch 1/2 egg and bean burrito, snack cheese and crackers. When it came to dinner I had a English muffin with pizza sauce and some cheese. It feels better to spread the meals out into little ones, then you don't have a chance to get really hungry. I am writing down what I eat each meal and maybe I will get more in control. I did good with not having any sugar last week, I did have a small piece of pie at my friends house over the weekend. Now I am right back on the no sugar thing during the week. I am sure I am getting some sugar, I am just not eating candy or sweets. Over the weekend I was tempted to get a piece of cake to take home, while I was shopping at Safeway, but I made it through and didn't get one. That is good for me. So keep trying and don't give up, I will write every day this week.
